![]() ![]() Marvel’s offering for Free Comic Book Day 2014 will feature two stories one of which is by Brian Michael Bendis and Nick Bradshaw, fresh off “Wolverine And The X-Men”, and will feature the debut of Captain Marvel and ol’ shadow-y in the Guardians Of The Galaxy. ![]() Ok, I guess I could talk about the issue itself. ![]() Instead what I’m going to do is be excited that my favourite thing to ever happen to superhero comics will be appearing in no less than four series next year. This is actually a pretty big deal to me because Marvel is pimping the hell out of Guardians because of that new film coming out next year and this will just be another step to legitimise– what? There’s another member joining the team? Who? It’s a secret? Then why do I care? Oh, right, presumably we’re supposed to speculate the identity of this mystery “superstar” until it’s inevitably spoiled far too early and everyone’s disappointed. What I’m trying to say is that Captain Marvel will be joining Bendis’ “Guardians Of The Galaxy” as of Marvel’s 2014 FCBD issue. So you know what would be really cool? If they were like… together. You know what else is pretty cool? “Guardians Of The Galaxy”. She punches dinosaurs and doesn’t afraid of anything. You know who I love? I love Captain Marvel. ![]()
